- You are not allowed to use us for hosting any illegal files. If discovered, your account may be terminated.
- Pornography of any kind is not allowed.
- BackupBus.com is not liable for any files you put on your site. If it comes to our attention that you are going against our terms, actions will be taken.
- Valid contact information is required at all times. Your email address and other information will not be sold or used to spam you in any way.
- You are liable for any file on your website, and you alone will be held accountable for what is for found there.
- Any attempts at running services with your account, attempts to access other accounts, or other actions that do not pertain to backups are strictly prohibited.
- BackupBus reserves the right to refuse service or cancel accounts for any reason. Canceled accounts are entitled to request a refund for the previous month.
- BackupBus makes every effort to have 100% uptime, but we provide no complete guarantee for our services.
